Refund and Cancellation Policy

What you are purchasing

Defiant Longevity sells patient journeys starting at $299 per month, custom built for enterprise. Your order form states what your subscription includes, the billing frequency and the term. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Who can purchase

The Platform is offered to organizations located in the United States.

Billing and renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance at the frequency on your order form and renew automatically until cancelled. The price, billing frequency, renewal terms and how to cancel are shown before the first charge.

Cancellation

Cancel at any time by emailing info@defiantlongevity.com or calling 877-777-7647. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until then, and no further charges are made after that.

Refunds

Fees are non-refundable. We do not refund or credit partial billing periods or unused journeys. Charges made in error are corrected and refunded to the original payment method.

Payments and security

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card and bank details are entered on Stripe's secure payment form and sent over an encrypted connection. Defiant never sees or stores full card numbers. The website and Platform are served over HTTPS.
